Due to the nature of crystals, minerals, handmade jewelry, custom orders, and digital products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or items that do not meet personal expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days  of delivery.

To review a damage claim, please include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The original box or packaging

• All shipping materials

• The shipping label, when possible

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your photos and order details have been received, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on availability, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Natural Crystal Variations

Crystals and minerals are natural products. Variations in colour, size, shape, texture, inclusions, and pattern are normal and do not qualify as damage.

Handmade jewelry may also have slight variations that are part of its one-of-a-kind nature.

Digital Products

Digital products, including Crystal Foundations eBooks, are final sale and cannot be refunded once purchased or downloaded.

Custom Orders

Custom crystal requests and handmade jewelry orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
